YIN YOGA / YOGA NIDRA
Rosana teaches a seamless bilingual yoga class designed to help relieve stress and restore the nervous system. In a world where we are pushed to move faster, go harder and be stronger, Rosana's gentle guidance in Yin Yoga is for stillness and awareness as you hold each pose for up to 5 mins, (most poses are sitting or laying down) in order to stress the connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Yin yoga increases circulation, improves flexibility and helps produce a meditative state for the students. The last portion of the 90 minute practice is a guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation as she guides a systematic scan through your body moving you towards your bliss center.

Rosana provides everything you need to practice. She offers, free mats, blocks and blankets. All that you are required to bring is your body in comfortable clothing and an open mind.
